A rapidly scaling global SaaS leader in the ERP space seeks a motivated SaaSOps Engineer. With thousands of businesses relying on their leading platform, they need infrastructure talent to match their exponential product growth trajectory.
You Will:
– Monitor and troubleshoot networks, servers, applications and databases
– Perform root cause analysis on failures and drive rapid resolution
– Proactively improve system stability, efficiency and capacity planning
– Join an on-call schedule
– Migration of customer environments to cloud
Requirements
– Experience in enterprise application support in Hosted and/or cloud environments(Azure, AWS, GCP).
– Windows / Linux hands-on experience.
– Experience in managing / supporting cloud solutions.
– Experience with monitoring tools usage and configuration (Zabbix, Datadog).
– Understanding of virtualization technologies
Additional Skills Preferred:
– Database systems (PostgresSQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
– Writing, tuning, and executing SQL queries.
– PagerDuty, Statuspage.
Good understanding of Security concepts and Secure Development Life Cycle.
Experience with Reporting and Analytics tools (Elasticsearch/Logstash, Kibana, AWS OpenSearch)
Experience in working in regulated environments (SOC, PCI)
Skills
– AWS and other cloud providers
Preferred:
– Docker, Kubernetes or similar containerization tech
